XLR8UH is a four-month startup accelerator program, with two sessions each calendar year. The program offers weekly workshops, presentations, lectures, and office hours. Each session culminates in a formal, highly competitive showcase day where teams will present to a panel of investors, partners, and executives.

Our Branded Approach

XLR8UH is a 15 week program, taught in three phases: Lean, Build, Pitch™, designed to instill the best entrepreneurial practices into our founders and set them up for success.

The lean phase focuses on customer discovery and validating the business model.

The build phase focuses on building your company, taking the learning from lean phase and implementing.

The pitch phase focuses on due diligence, raising venture capital, and investor relations.

Support from some of the most respected local and national entities as partners and affiliates to our program. This allows our teams the quick and direct feedback needed to know if their concepts are both innovative and desired by real customers.

Relevant workshops and bootcamps on the Lean Startup Methodology, Business Model Canvas, Financial Modeling, Market Assessment, Scaling, Funding, Pitching, and more!

Working with others going through the same thing as you is invaluable. Share ideas with other teams on a regular basis at founder dinners. Knowing you’re not alone makes the whole process easier and more enjoyable.
